    • Link Sales, Professional Services and Operations teams together through “working teams” to resolve major problems.

    • Resolve major General Management and Operations problems negatively impacting revenue

      and work with legal firms, auditors and major clients on strategic work

  • Service #3 Business Analysis (BA)

    • Review Business processes and document workflow, procedures and flow charts

    • Support Project or Program Manager with written improvement plans

    • Create small short term schedules on work needing to be accomplished

    • Update weekly PowerPoint and XLS Dashboards on various assignments

Services are provided in various timeframes which will be determined upon initiative scoping. I can tailor the solution to your schedule and budget.

For Services #1 GM- #2 PM and #3 BA above, a Statement of Work (SOW) will be prepared based on one of the (4) plans below. The prices are purely estimates and could go up or down depending on complexity and scope of the engagement.

1. 4- 6-month contract with x days per week commitment: Cost TBD

2. 2–4-month contract with a x days per week commitment: Cost TBD

3. 0–2-month contract with a x day pers week commitment: Cost TBD

I will spend 1-2 days with you and your team to investigate, research and layout a program plan to come up with an actionable workplan for your team to use. It a good way to jumpstart a major effort and see how well we work together.

We will agree on working hours, site visits, presentations needed, deliverables and due dates for deliverables such as Operations Playbooks, Sourcing Plans, Program Plans, Training Plans, Board Presentations. A day is usually (10) hours.
